A few days before your arrival at our resort, we will send you an email asking you to check in online.

We will ask you to fill in the details for you and the other guests in advance to save time and avoid unnecessary queues at the reception.

When you arrive, all you have to do is present your ID and collect your room keys to begin your wellness experience.

On the day of your arrival at the hotel, we will send you an email explaining how to access your online account. There you can monitor all the expenses of your stay and pay comfortably on your mobile device, wherever and whenever you want.

You can also customize every detail of your stay, just scan the QC code in your room to access all our online services.

On the day of your departure we will send you an email with a summary of the check-inout: You can relax until the end and make the last payment on your mobile device with the credit card used during the booking process a few minutes before departure.

You can then return the keys and continue your journey to avoid unnecessary queues at the hotel desk.
