Starting from the neck, very gently, making repeated circular motions with your fingertips, then moving on to the shoulders, chest and belly. Continue towards the paws, from the top of the leg to the bottom, finishing with gentle motions on the forehead and back of the neck. A head massage is a quick way to relax and fall asleep, even after a busy day of exercise.

WALKS

  • 15-minute route (1.5 km): from our resort you can take a slightly uphill tree-lined road on the left. After about 400 meters you will reach a small group of houses called “Les Cotes”.
  • Walk of about 1.5 hours (5.8 km) Courmayeur – Pré Saint Didier: from the centre of Courmayeur, take the asphalted road and then, after passing the stream, take the yellow marked path n.1.
  • Walk of about 30 minutes – The Pré Saint Didier ravine: at about 200 m from QC Terme Pré Saint Didier, you will find the path which marks the beginning of the walk, leading to a charming panoramic walkway over the Orrido gorge, at a height of 160 metres.
  • Walk of about 2 hours – Ru des Cotes: from the town of Morgex, a few minutes by car from our resort, you can discover this beautiful path through the vineyards and pastures towards Lavancher and Dailey, then take a dirt road to the yellow-marked path that runs along the Ru des Cotes.
  • Walk of about 6 hours – The coniferous forest: the starting point is Chabodey. The dirt tracks start after La Pera Doussa, a hamlet of Loz. This enchanting route winds along path n.11, in a beautiful forest of fir trees, along a stream, until it reaches the small church of Lazei and the Lo Roueige farmhouse and then ends at a height of 1649 m, by the Montagna Alta hut.
