A credit card is required to guarantee the booking, but no advance payment is made. At reception, you can settle the bill using your preferred payment method.
Yes, in order to be able to use the services included in the voucher, after booking via the USE A VOUCHER section of this website, you must present your valid, physical voucher at the centre reception. If the voucher was purchased on shop.qcterme.com, simply present the voucher on a mobile device in PDF format.
Access to the facility is only guaranteed at the time selected during booking; we offer a grace period of half an hour.
To modify a booking, click on the link in the booking confirmation email.
Please note that access to the wellness centre is on a one-off basis, so it is not possible to leave and re-enter on the same day.

To take advantage of the offer, you need to make a booking by selecting the “Wellness Birthday” option for a minimum of two people, including your credit card details to secure the booking. On arrival at reception, you will be asked to show ID to validate the offer. The promotion is valid from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, long weekends and public holidays. It is subject to limited availability, cannot be combined with other promotional initiatives, and is not valid for admission with QC Terme vouchers or Esselunga vouchers, and admission via third-party platforms.

Gift of wellness
Our gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and are valid in all QC spas in Italy. Click here to proceed with your purchase. Please note that bookings are required via the USE A VOUCHER section.
CHAMONIX: Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and are valid in all QC spas. Click here to proceed with your purchase. If this service is on offer during spa hours, you can access it subject to availability, which you can check during check-in. Aperiterme is always held in the evening; check the times in the “Wellness Food (check section)” section of your desired centre.
MONTE BIANCO: If you wish to redeem your gift voucher at QC Monte Bianco, Aperiterme is not available. However, you will be able to access our Aperibianco, a paid service, available daily from 16:00 to 19:30.
Yes, the vouchers are transferable. In order to use the voucher, a booking is required via the USE A VOUCHER section of this website.
QC Bistro'
The Aperiterme offers a unique experience, allowing you to enjoy an aperitif in your robe, featuring sparkling wine and a selection of delicacies. It can be booked at the reception upon arrival, subject to availability.
MONTE BIANCO: QC Monte Bianco does not offer Aperiterme. However, you will be able to access our Aperibianco, a paid service, available daily from 16:00 to 19:30.

Two different lunch menu options are on offer at the reception of each centre:
- BREAK: Ideal for a light lunch that is bursting with flavour. A buffet with a choice of salads, local cured meats and cheeses paired with delicious side dishes, fresh seasonal fruit and tasty desserts, available for €29
- LUNCH: There’s a more filling option on the table, with a buffet offering a refined selection of hot first and second courses and a range of complementary side dishes, complete with fresh seasonal fruit and desserts to suit every taste, available for €34

Spa Informations
Admission always includes a towel, a bathrobe, a pair of slippers, and courtesy shower products. You will have access to indoor and outdoor whirlpools, saunas, relaxation rooms, a Kneipp path, sensory showers and all other spa facilities. To complete your wellness experience, you can combine your admission with one of our massages or treatments, which can be booked on this website via the BOOK section.
Access to the wellness centre is not permitted for children under 14 years of age.
Access to the wellness pathway is not permitted for pregnant women.
Hotel Informations
Go to the BOOK section of this website, choose your desired destination, and proceed with your booking.
Go to the USE A VOUCHER section of this website, choose your desired destination, and enter the voucher code in the “voucher or promo code” section.
For hotel guests, access to the wellness area is permitted from check-in time (15:00) until check-out time (11:00).
In the QC hotels Bagni Nuovi Bormio, Bagni Vecchi Bormio, Monte Bianco, Roma and Garda the spa is attached to the hotel, so you can access it directly in a bathrobe. You will find the spa kit in your room. At QC Room Hotel San Pellegrino and Milano Porta Romana, spas are not attached to hotels. For more information see the section dedicated to the destination of your interest.
Pregnant women can access all hotel services, except for the indoor and outdoor wellness pathways associated with the spas.
With the exception of Hotel Bormio Bagni Vecchi, QC Room San Pellegrino, and QC Room Milan Porta Romana, small dogs are welcome in QC Hotels. Your pet may access the room and the resort’s outdoor areas, but not the wellness path.
In common areas and in the garden, dogs are only allowed if kept on a leash, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
The cleaning fee is €50.
In the QC hotels, excluding the Bormio Bagni Vecchi and Monte Bianco hotels, child guests over 5 years old can access the spa when accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age. However, access to the saunas and Turkish baths is not permitted.
