QC Terme S.r.l. is committed to spreading a culture of legality and promoting ethical conduct aimed at building an honest and transparent working environment.
Potential whistleblowers are encouraged to report alleged violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of QC Terme S.r.l., of which they have become aware in the work context, as provided for by Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023, to which reference is made. This includes illicit conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as violations of the Organization, Management and Control Model and the Code of Ethics adopted by the Company.
The internal whistleblowing channel established by the Company does not allow the submission of complaints and/or requests for information by consumers; the relative platform is accessible only to workers, collaborators, and suppliers.
All reports received by QC Terme S.r.l. through the aforementioned internal reporting channel will be subject to an in-depth analysis and simultaneous feedback by an external, autonomous body with specifically trained and competent personnel. specifically regarding reports of alleged illicit conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and violations of the Organization, Management and Control Model and the Code of Ethics, the Company’s Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) will be involved for its appropriate assessments.
The adopted internal reporting channel guarantees the confidentiality of personal data and the identity of the whistleblower, the person involved, as well as the content of the reports and related documentation, subject to any legal obligations.
All members of QC Terme S.r.l. are prohibited from taking retaliatory or discriminatory actions against the whistleblower due to the report submitted. QC Terme S.r.l. will adopt disciplinary sanctions and/or other measures against those who, with willful misconduct or gross negligence, make reports driven by the objective of causing damage to the reputation of the reported subjects.
ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority) has activated an external reporting channel, which the whistleblower may use only in the presence of the conditions described in Art. 6 of Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023. Access to the external reporting channel is available on the ANAC institutional website.
